Returns

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

All returns must have a RMA Number. This will be issued via email; any items returned without a RMA number will not be accepted. To receive an RMA number please use the contact form,  with the full details of the hardware being used and the concern you have with it. Please make sure that your name, contact email and order number is in your RMA request. Please note we only cover faulty hardware.

We accept returns for any unused and unopened units within a 14-day period from when you have taken receipt of the goods. After the 14 days, the sale is considered final.

Goods that you return must be in the original sealed packaging and in the same condition as supplied, any returns which have been damaged, scratched, or used in anyway will not be accepted.
The 20% restocking fee will be taken from the original sale, and you will be refunded the difference. You will need to apply for a RMA number before returning any goods, for any reason.

Zenith Air ltd is not responsible for the goods while in transit to us or the cost of postage to return the goods to us, please make sure you have taken all precautions to insure you against loss. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage in transit.

All our goods are checked during the QC process at the end of their manufacturing process before they are sent out. Any goods that are faulty must be returned, to Zenith Air ltd at the address listed on your invoice.
Zenith Air ltd will not accept goods that have clearly been used more than required to test their functionality. Any goods returned which are found to be in working condition / failed due to lack of knowledge or because the goods have been used in an environment or manor without the proper protection Airwheel will not be able to issue a refund.
Improper use of any hardware that results in local or international laws being broken, damage to you, your property or a third party, in no way will Airwheel be held liable for any these damages whatsoever (including without limitation, personal injury, damages relating to lost revenues or profits, lost data, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunctions).

All prices on Zenith Air Ltd are given in GBP and are displayed inclusive of VAT. Payments are only accepted in GBP only.

Deliveries within the UK will take up to 3 days and deliveries worldwide up to 2 weeks.
We send our customer tracking information, the moment the item has been sent out.

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

All goods carry a standard warranty offered under UK law; the hardware we sell is tested before we receive it. Please note warranty only covers a manufacturing defect, not a fault caused by incorrect use or assembly. Please check your order as soon as you receive it, if there is any concerns please contact us.
